Increase In profits and recognition around the world.

(Human Resource Manager, April 18,2011), Land Rider in has been able to increase its profit growth to 18.3% after hurricane Katrina hit Australia in 3 years ago. In addition, we made decisions to distribute bicycles to other countries, and this decision has helped the company to gain recognition.

The hurricane highly affected the company since we had a large factory in Australia. Because of this, we had to send some of our customers to our competitors due to inability to supply to their demands. Additionally, the company had to spend money to support employees who were much affected by this tragedy and also repair the factory. This lead to a huge losses and it affected the output of the other factories.

However, Land rider was able to survive this tragedy even though it was a very though for the company. We have bought an additional factory in China , since it’s cheaper to produce there and enough labor force to increase the number of production. Also, the company has stopped production in Denmark because if much expensive . These are the major decisions made by the company and the results have been good so far.

This year, land rider increased its market shares to 7.31% which compared to recent years is a huge improvement for the company. We extended our boundaries to France, United States of America and China. This move has helped to extend the name of the company far and wide. We plan to continue to extend our boundaries so that we can serve the whole world .

The company recently helped the government in China act against corruption which has been a normal part of business there today, that is to bring clarity on the activities of the International market and make the country more appealing to outsiders again. This has plan was a success, therefore the company has decided to support and help other countries to do the same.
