Here are some frequent asked questions we received from our customers.

Delivery:
We offer delivery service; you can contact the nearby sell store in your city, and confirm with the service assistance of date and time.

Package:
Will the product breakdown during the delivery?  What kinds of package are using?
We are sure that every bicycle will be complete without any damage. We uses paper boxes in a unified way outside and inside every component will have preservative, potential methods provide 100% safety insurance.

Reassemble:
do we need to reassemble ourselves?
No, 95% of normal bicycles will be assembling by us, and also85% of racing bicycles. The only thing you need to do is putting on the pedals and saddle (which is very easy). Check if the handlebar is tight or not. And if you couldn’t do this, you can ask for the nearby sell point for help.

Maintanance guarantee:
is every bicycle has a guarantee card, and how long is it?
We ensure every bicycle has a guarantee card when consumer buys, or you can find it inside your delivery box. Based on different categories, the free maintain service will be different, but at least one year. If your bicycle has any problem, you can take it to the shop where you buy.

How long does the maintain service take?
It depends on the damaged conditions; you can ask the service assistance in the shop, they will give you an actual maintenance time.

Will we use other component instead of the original one?
No, we ensure no part will be changed during the services, and give you a bicycle as new.

Will it be different on price and service between different dealerships?
No matter where you are, our products are unified price setting, except some sale promotion activities.
Here we need to mention, be careful with the bicycle quality in sales promotion if that are second-hand.
We also ensure our service will be on the same level, every service assistant is trained unified.

Can we add other component such as Derailleur, on bicycle in the dealerships?
We are appreciate bike lover improve our products by themselves, but we haven’t offer this service yet.
We are welcomed you to choose some spare part such as milometer, cargo lamp and so on.
